stuffed chickenbreasts

2 chicken breasts
3 Tbsp grated mozzarella
5 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 Tsp pesto
vegetable or chicken stock
1 Tsp heavy or sour cream
toothpicks
1 sm onion, finely chopped
olive oil
1 glass white wine
